If you have a license for 1 PC for a year, you can not change the computer. The license will not work in the new PC.

CPU and hard disk change together is considered as a new computer.

 

If you have a license for 2 PCs for a year, by changing the computer, you start using the second right (last right) in the new PC with that license.

 

This is explained more than once in the Forum. If you make a search, you can find them.
