Using Chinese Traditional language for Smart Defrag, there are still some English on the main part of the program. Such as: "Fast Optimize" and "Deep Optimize" and the descriptions etc...

 

I have corrected Chinese Traditional language file for my friends in Taiwan.

And decided to post it here for IObit as well as other people =)

 

I could help translate the next version of Smart Defrag if it's needed XD
