Internet Booster Error signature

Yesterday I upgraded to Pro, and everything is working well, except the Internet Booster. When I click on the icon, I recieve the message "Internet Booster has encountered a problem and needs to close."

The error signature is as follows:

AppName:sup_internetbooster.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.0 Mod Name: kernal 32.dll

ModVer 5.1.2600.5781 Offset: 00012afb

Can you help solve this problem?

I am running windows XP
