Hey let me start by saying i love the program, it helps me a lot. I just updated and for some reason when i turn on the program i lose control to all my external volume controls like my keyboard and headphones. I'm sure its one of the unnecessary services but i cant pinpoint witch one it is. Pleas help.

Please supply us the screenshot of the Game Booster showing all the stopped services. (you can attach 2 of them to show all.)

Try unchecking "Human Interface Device Access" service.

Do you check any of the programs in the second window? Which Windows OS you have?

It is most likly the "Human Interface Device Access" serivce. Just untick that befor going in to game mode and the keyboard volume controls etc should continue to work.
