3 year old Surface Go using an Intel 4415Y CPU.  Drive Booster updated Intel drivers which caused an unrecoverable blue screen.  The only fix was to wipe the drive and reinstall Windows 10.  I would not recommend this product for the Surface Go with that particular CPU.  I have had no problems with I3, I5, and I7 CPUs on non-surface computers.
