I purchased the following: Product(s): 1 x Super Halloween Pack - 80% Off with Free Gifts
1 x IObit Backup CD

I did NOT receive the IObit backup CD and I'm getting the run around about when I'll get it, where it is, etc. The auto response said I downloaded a physical disc thatvI paid for and Did NOT get. How about sending it or refunding it. I'm contacting my bank to dispute the entire charge if this is not resolved......
