"Unable to insert a line" error messages

I am getting "Unable to insert a line" error messages in the auto defrag, schedule, and options functions.

 

The Config.ini file has the following line:

DefragType=-1

The schedule form has a dropdown box labeled Action

The box doesn't work.

 

The Options form has a select the language box ... ditto

 

I see no box in Auto Defrag and the check boxes seem to update the config.ini file but I get the same error.
