Usually I save excel files in several directories, than I have always looked for the name of needed file in the list of "recent files". After installing Advanced System Care 16 Pro, this list is fully (or nearly) canceled. What can I do to stay with both tools? (I mean: to stay with ASC 16 Pro and the "recent files" list).

Smash Settings, disable the presumably checked "Recent Document" checkbox under Clean & Optimize > Privacy Sweep > Windows:

Then make sure you also uncheck the not-at-all entirely redundant "Recent Document" checkbox under Automatic Service > AutoClean > Windows:
