What's the CMD shell command to run AWC.exe as a minimized program?

After having repeat problems with AWC.exe (version 3.3.3 and previous release) not loading to Vista's system notification tray, I want to run AWC.exe as a minimized startup program in the startup registry. This will ensure that the program is loaded each time at system startup (AWC does not by default load to the startup group so it must be added manually using the AWC Startup Manager). I have tried numerous CMD shell commands, including -quiet, /SILENT, -min, /MIN, but none of these commands work. What is the command?
