Help: scan doesn't start

Scan just doesn't start, i tried reinstalling but nothing.

should work i have win xp to

I've performed the installation 2 times, properly I think, there is nothing to care except for the creation of a restore point... This is the third time that I restart the system.

 

I'm talking about the latest version (2.5), I've never had problems with the previous versions.

uninstall your current version then find the program file Advanced WindowsCare in the IObit folder located in C:\Program Files. Then reinstall fresh and see if the scan works.
