I Have Been Given To Understand That Defragmentation Done Often Harms The Computer More Than Benefit It. There Is An Option In Window Care For Defragmentation. Should I Defragment With This Option Daily Or Bi-weekly Or Weekly Or Bi-monthly Or Monthly.
