The Firefox optimizer doesn't work with Firefox 3.5.1

After using the Firefox optimizer, I opened up Firefox 3.5.1 and opened the about:config page to see what changes the optimizer had made.

 

I found it made none at all.

F.x. network.http.pipelining is still set to false

 

It must be applying the changes in the wrong place.
