I think you have a malware in your system.

That web site is deviantART and seems to be safe as I am protected by Hosts file for 130000 sites, and McAfee Site Advisor is green.

 

Also the grammer faults in that page is an indication that the link there, is going to take you to a Rogueware.

 

Rigt clck on the link and click properties to see the address of that site.
