as I said before, every time I try to run the cleaner, or the optimizer, it deletes something, probably an X file ( no pun intended....) and I cannot access any search from a web page. Does someone know which file it is, can I reinstall it separately, what can i do?

I am giving up, last time I got the ugly blue screen...... scared I am going to damage the whole computer.
