Installation problem - Access denied

I'm encountering a problem I'm not used to. I have Vista and when I try to install 360(Even with Run as admin) it gets to creating a folder called /Quarantine Zone/ with file info.db in it and says "Error 5 Access Denied" then says I can skip it(not recommended).

Whether I use my account or the administrator account this folder says access denied and I cannot change the permissions for it. Is this a vista serv pack 2 problem? whats going on? As long as I get this error the installation cannot finish placing this file.

 

ps. I also used the "take ownership" of folder option and that won't work either

Please make sure the folder is not 'read only'.

uninstall the software completely and clean the redundunt folders or files in safe mde ,then reinstall it ~
