Report on completion of Defrag

I have just installed Smart Defrag on our server and set it to run overnight last night. This morning I logged in but could see no indication that the defrag had run and what the result was.

 

I am now planning to run it over the weekend. Is there any way that I can tell it to send me an email message telling me that the defrag was either successful or unsuccessful?

We are new to this software and find it very useful, we would love to be able to view reports after it has run, the view report button is great but would like to keep copies or even have them emailed to us from different pc's, surely it must write this info to a file somewhere?? I have searched the pc to no avail?????
