Game Booster itself is certainly not malware, nor do I believe that it was deliberately infected. I do, however, believe that it is indeed infected. Coupling your VirusTotal scan result with this:

I can very easily believe someone at IObit might have picked up this virus and, assuming they're developing in Delphi, Sophos' report would make a great deal of sense for an accidental contamination. So the remedy here is to scan and clean all of their systems and recompile a version 1.21. While I really don't believe that a false positive would happen in so many different scanning engines, assuming that extremely unlikely chance event did happen, changing just enough to get a good compilation without the false positives would make it possible for me to use the product again. At the moment, I can't use it because my antivirus deletes it on sight. Not that I'm going to try to keep it from doing that though, because for the moment, it's highly suspect as being fully deserving of deletion.
