File date changed for 11,233 files / directories!!

I have the freeware version of Advanced System Care, version 3.3.4.

I ran a full system scan to identify and report all the issues the software found. Turns out it touched every file on my system and changed most every one (I haven't validated which one's it didn't and why - perhaps they were read-only) to the date in which it ran!!

I really depended on the files' original dates for my pictures, music, and data files and these dates are now all gone!

Do you possibly have a fix for this bug? I can't believe this happened on this scale, and that I may be the first to report it. :?: :?:

(I have been running PCs since they hit the market about 1982 or so)
