Can 360 replace my expired NIS

Simple question. Can IObit 360 Pro replace my Norton Internet Security completely? Right now I can swing the $25 360 price (maybe). Can't do the $60, or even justify Nortons price tag for NIS. I don't use Limewire, or share music so I shouldn't have a problem with viruses IMHO.:-o

It can't fully replace NIS as NIS is a complete security suite with almost everything you need for good security.

But, what IS 360 surely can do, is provide good defense :)

It isn't effective agains all the malware in wilderness, but for the most active of them.

Get Avira AntiVirus Free and Zonealarm Free firewall and back them up with Security 360.

if you are in GB you can get OEM norton for a fraction of the retail price.

fatray- If you are looking for a free replacement for NIS there are a number of good suggestions. I would recommend that you consider the highly effective Layered Security that Comodo Internet Security has to offer which includes the legendary Comodo Firewall Pro, AV and Proactive Defence+ HIPS which not only offers much more effective protection than NIS does, but uses a fraction of the resources that NIS does.
