Internet access only possible in gaming mode

I've been a long time user of Game Booster, but recently I've come across a problem with it - whenever I'm in normal mode (or when I'm not using GB) I cannot access the internet via Firefox or Internet Explorer. The only time I can do that is when I'm in gaming mode (I'm in it right now). I noticed this a few days back and have no idea why it's happening. If anyone can help me out in this I would greatly appreciate it.

That's weird, please give as much information as possible with the services and if you are temporarily exiting any programs. Also the OS and other security software.

It turns out, the problem was coming from my antivirus program (avast!) which is very strange, but I'm glad I got the problem fixed - thanks for the support and I'm glad that everything is all good again :D
