Cleaning capacities and virus in exe file

Why do I have to pay for a"cleaning tool" that doesn't clean or correct registry key's infected e.g bifrost Btw it wasn't there before (got a reg log utility) and acc to virus total it has got a virus in exe file

installing ASC I must be one daft git cos I've even bought a subscription for 360 and i do believe I could have spent my money elsewhere so refund or not

stay away!:x
