Spybot S&D has a database of 594379.

A Squared Free has 3,146,640 malware signatures.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free has 132367 fingerprints.

Ad-Aware 2008 free has 1467274 threats in detection.

Spyware Doctor with AntiVirus has 1,598,018 intelli-signatures.

AVG Anti-Virus Free edition has 2183103 anti-virus infection definitions and 140714 spyware definitions for a total of 2,323,817 definitions.

 

All pictures and information were obtained in September 14,with the exception of IObit Security 360 which was taken on September 15.

On my last count checking comodo website and that was a few weeks ago it had over 5 million malware signitures By far the largest I think.
