Disk Explorer "load language file failed ! "

Every time I try to use the Disk Explorer option of ASC3 an error message pops up saying "load language file failed !", and then it closes (disk explorer, not asc). i have no idea what this means, i'm not exactly a computer genius. is there some way to fix this problem?? :cry:
