hi

i have a problem of spyware. when i scan my leaptop with asc i found a spyware namwd as hijaker.risk leval critical. but when i go for repaira warning comes of system shut down. what should i do to solve this problem

Download the new and free Iobit 360. Run a scan with it, and see where that gets you.

 

 

Would also suggest running another scan with MBAM (malware bytes anti malware).

first of all be sure this is a malware and it is not a Positive False

 

ASC usually is correct when it informs for spyware but it is a good idea to check with other antivirus software.

Upload the file if u can browse to it and upload it to http://www.virustotal.com for check

 

If it is really a malware then boot in SAFE-MODE

chances are great for the spyware not to be loaded in RAM and removing is a piece of cake.
