Outlook will not send/receive

Since installing pro.

 

Microsoft outlook works fine for several hours then won't send/receive. Everything works fine. You can open/close mail in the in box o.k. Close/open outlook does not help. Rebooting computer works for a few hours then it happens again. Normally after a system care scan when idle. I have tried re installing outlook but unfortunately I have an error while trying to reinstall. I have tried turning off system care then reinstalling outlook but that does not help either.

Any suggestions please.
