Run Hijack Scan and save a log. Once a log file is saved to your desktop, please attach it to or paste it in this thread.

Hello! It seems you have a keylogger on your system!

 

Use "Unlock and Delete" to delete the following:

• C:\WINNT\system32\msxm192z.dll
  

 

And select these boxes in HijackScan and click Remove:

• O4 - HKLM|\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\: [ter8m] RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINNT\system32\msxm192z.dll,w
  
• O3 - Toolbar: - -
  

 

Then please run another scan with Security 360.

It can removed the threads from 'hijack scan' but not delete from 'C' drive.

Alright. May I suggest you try SuperAntiSpyware. It has the detection for this threat and should be able to remove it.
