IObit Sec 360

I purchased the program when it was Version 1.0, now that it downloaded the new version when I turn on the comp or reboot IObit Security asks for permission to load. I'm using Vista Ultimate. Is there a parameter which can allow the prog to load without asking?

Install and run it "As Administrator". I suppose, you are using UAC .
