ACS Diagnose System Problems

I have the Pro version of ACS and I have version 3.3.4.

 

When I run the "Diagnose System" option, the program appears to hang up on the System Optimization option. I let it run for an hour, and yet the task completion bar at the bottom of the screen shows no progress. I had this problem with the previous version and so I updated last night and tried the scan again, but had no success.

 

The Maintain Windows option seems to function OK.

 

Anyone have a similar problem, and is there a solution? Thank you in advance for your help.

Please disable your security softwares temporarily and try again, and give us information about your OS and security software.
