Can SmartDefrag be set to defrag a DVD-RW?

Not that i know off. But there is a program called Perfect Disk 8.0 in which you can defrag single files even on disks. But the only downside to this is that you'd have to select each individual file on the disk which may take a while depending on how many files you have.

Try JKDefrag too. It's a very good program, but slow.

It is a good substitute for functions that are not available in this version of ISD.
