Hi Roger M.Crassi,

Click on Suggestions... , and when a window is opened, choose "save the report".

An Internet Explorer page will be opened automatically, where you will see the remarks, green checks, and hopefully no red Xs.

On top of that, there will be a link for "Online HijackThis analysis.

Click on it and you will be presented with a page with an area where you can paste the content of your HijackThis Report file generated by ASC.

Or, clicking "Browse", you can upload the HijackThis file there to be anslysed.

After the analysis is finished, you will be presented by a report there on the IE page.

You can search for the red Xs and follow the suggestions there.

As an alternative, you can post here in the forum the content of your HijackThis Report.

One of the Forum members is going to help you if there is any problem in the report.

There is also the same function in IObit Security 360, if you are using that software.

I would advise you to use IObit Security 360 and later you can give the report here.

Run Hijack Scan in the Tools of IS 360, and save a log.

Once a log file is saved to your desktop, please attach it to or paste it to a post into a thread in General Discussion section of IObit Security 360 .

I hope this is helpful.

Cheers.
