System Optimization - NoPopUpsOnBoot

While running the "Diagnose System" portion of ASC, "System Optimization" shows that 'NoPopUpsOnBoot' should be enabled. I, of course, click the repair button to fix the problem; however, each time I run the scan this problem comes up again.

 

I have checked the registry manually (before and after a restart), and 'NoPopUpsOnBoot' has indeed been added to the correct area, along with the appropriate value of (1).. so i'm not sure why ASC keeps showing this as a problem. Is there a reason I may be missing as to why this is happening, or should I simply click the ignore option for this particular issue?

There may be a Force command somewhere "NoPopUpsOnBoot" not to work.

 

Actually, do you see any popups on boot?

 

Not a big deal, I would ignore it.
