How should they respond to a Wilders/Malwarebytes incited lynch mob??

Well Hell yes it is "pretty convincing"!!

It is their side of the story!!

Can Iobit have a chance to present their side??

Yes, I am a proud fanyboy of due process.

What I cant understand is why everyone automatically believes the Malwarebytes crew.

Their software is overrated, and their Wunderkind CEO is prone to drama.

Where is all of that "Innocent till proven guilty" stuff the West loves to spout?

IOBit is an old,respected company.

Why would they steal a limited use specialist program, which in the end is all Malwarebytes is,despite their marketing as "A Complete Anti-Malware"?

That link from malwarebytes is now going all over the web and the evidence looks very damaging for 360. I can't see why a legit software would blog this if Malwarebytes did not believe it true and can prove it. ...bye bye 360

Let see....To attempt to destroy an up and coming competator?

The same reason they tried to destroy the SSupdater forum for presenting a test that showed the almost non-existent detection of static malware?

Malwarebytes are not boy scouts.

I am a neutral, but interested observer. I, for one, would love to see Iobit's side. The proof is pretty damning, and at the level MBAM provided, it is more than a "side" and is more like "evidence".

Still, Iobit is in China, right? Good luck, MBAM!

"Still, Iobit is in China, right?"

yeah, that's what I thought, a chance to get a dig at "The Heathen Chinee"

Always racism before reason.

My apologies, that was not my intention.

My point was that the two legal systems don't exactly see eye to eye. Malwarebytes may be right, but they have little to no recourse.

International law still applies. So dose Eu law ... under Eu law a product can be banned if it is deemed to be breaking copyright laws .. making it illegal to sell it download or use......down load sites can be fined and shutdown in the Eu .. One only has to look at what the EU law did to Microsoft fines and so on....this is now most likely a matter for the courts.. by both sides so best let them sort it out.........

I am sure it will not,but it may intrest a few of you, that Wilders is also doing a little selective deleting on their site.

If you are following them, you may note that the post my "Cathoderay" (me,on that site) in response to Trajam, thoroughly inoffensive, was deleted.

this in their:"Re: Malwarebytes claim: IObit is stealing signature databases"

thread.
