We have never used the database of any other companies. And hope Malwarebytes stop spreading malicious rumors for hyping itself. The ridiculousness: who will trust and depend on a security product that can NOT even protect itself?

 

A legal letter will be released later, which will prove that there is no problem with Intellectual Property Rights.

 

For the sake of avoiding dispute and possible problems, we have deleted all disputed items in our database temporarily, and have updated IObit Security 360’s database.

We also have many various sources of malware samples from warm-hearted users, computer security fans, and major security groups from all over the world. We have admitted that it’s hard to avoid mistakes, like a silly or duplicated name. But there is in no way means we steal Malwarebytes’ or any other's database. We are investigating and tracking on those items which Malwarebytes declared stolen.

 

We have so many independent and objective reviewing tests and reports; everybody can download and view from the link: http://forums.iobit.com/forumdisplay.php?f=25. We believe that, after viewing these test report, you can judge that if we steal database from Malwarebytes.

As in all areas where competition is fierce, the rumor is the worst weapon ... It still traces.

 

False information, cons-truth, rumor, buzz: the arsenal is widely exploited. Also, before leaning in one direction or another, it is urgent for members to wait !

It is abnormal for products compagnies to settle their accounts through the users ! on a forum Malwarebytes asked to such users to go the petition for withdrawal of IObit some sites proposing downloads.

 

If the publisher has solid evidence, then he attacks the editor IObit court ; otherwise these accusations may have a boomerang effect.

 

Users aremust absolutely refrain from taking sides, and go denigrate one or the other on forum sites they could face prosecution....

By taking sides one gives the opposition complete and unjust power, cling to their word, and in the end, deny the accused a chance to clarify.

 

Asking users to have Iobit removed from download sites is somewhat interesting. If they really did have solid evidence, would they not attack Iobit themselves? Why ask the users?

 

I'm not justifying this as evidence of innocence, but when they say "Dont believe everything you see on tv", is a concept one must try to apply to this.

 

Wait, get informed, pass judgment.
