Please help me before I throw this computer in the yard!!

i keep getting this stupid error message over and over and over again!! it says error loading C:\WINDOWS\s1ISE2.dll acess denied. I have done pc repare with Care Advances SystemCare V3 and nothing is changing, I've installed avast virus protection and spyware defense and mozilla fire fox.. none of this started until i installed avast though. I must have done something wrong because i have had avast before and it was great.. if anyone can help me please let me know! thank you!!

Search s1ISE2.dll in your PC, and after finding try to unlock it by Unlocker and then try to install Avast again after uninstalling it.

 

You can right click on that file to register the dll file, it is one of the availabilities come with ASC v3.
