What's this problem?

Try to execute the program, the intro window comes up then disappears and does not run. This has happened before and have had to restore and old image to get it back. Trying to uninstall/reinstall does NOT accept my license key on the new install. Need a solution, please!

If "chkdsk /F" after running "cmd" doesn't solve your problem, it is better to share the problem directly with Tim Xue, I am sure he is going to respond quickly.

Dl'd fresh copy and installed right on top. That seems to have corrected the problem for the time being. And this time it accepted the key, so will give it a "wait and see".
