ASC and admin rights and user groups

Hi there,

 

I was a user of ASC, and bought even a licence for it, but I had to uninstall it lately as after running the Care functionality the local admin rights disappeared, and so did any admin groups for my pc. I guess my challenge is that I was using it in a corporate PC, so I had to take it away instead of troubleshooting the fault, as our policy of course does not support any unapproved 3rd party SW.

 

Now I'm wondering whether my bought licence is lost or can I transfer it to another pc...

They may show you a way to get over with it.
