The first entry is from Nokia and is safe to use and belongs to the Nokia PC Suite.

 

The second entry is from Koamtac and is safe to use and belongs to the KDC software to interface with the scanners. Also resides in system tray as well. Perfectly harmless and well tested without prior reports that it causes harm to our system. We distribute these barcode scanners and they have never been reported to cause any harm.

 

Third was a utility for virus scanner called Clam for use on portable drives and is safe to be used. It is an open source project and well documented, source code is available for download.
