When I try to upgrade I get the following:

 

Message file "c:\program files\obit\advance systemcare 3\unins ooo.

msg is missing. Please correct or get a new copy of program.

 

If I try to unistall the program to reinstall it I get the same message.

 

Help -- send email to IObit.com and they never answered how to correct the problem.

Hi bruceray,

 

This has been discussed many times in the forum, please search the threads.

 

In summary, install ASC 3.41 on top of the existing version.

 

Ignore the messages and wait for installation to continue.

 

I believe you mean UPDATE, but not UPGRADE. The procedure is the same for both anyway.
