Hi,

 

Just downloaded security 360 to test. Found 4 trojans!! Great program!!

 

But still a question:

Clicking on "my music" (XP-menu) starts a windows installer. No other info than windows installer. It can't start the program but somtimes there are 4 installers active. clicking on cancel slows down the system and after abt 4 minutes finaly they close and i can go on working,

XP re-installed already.

How do i correct this?

Hi Dominic,

 

Did you quarantine the found trojans, so that we can see what they are. Or did you save the Report?

 

There is also a possibility of IS360 finding False Positives.

 

It will be helpful if you can supply screen shots for us to understand the problem.
