Program stopps, will not analize or defrag

Program won't work suddenly. I have removed it, cleaned the registry, reinstalled...i click defrag and it says stopped...I diabled the virus scan as well but nothing works...this is a laptop running windows 7. It works on my windows 7 desktop...it worked here until recently...any ideas why this is happening? :-?

Battery power

 

Go to Options and see if Stop defrag while using battery is Ticked

 

I recommend you leave it Ticked and defrag when connected to power as running out of battery power while doing a defrag is not a good thing :wink:
