Registery Mechanic 8.0

The program shown in the title got on my computer and loaded & slowed down my computer. I have not been able to remove it even going to it's support?? I notice it appears as an advertisment on some of the IObit pages.

When I go to remove it, a statment that it's running on my computer & can't be removed. But it's not running. Any information on how to get this program off my computer would be appreciated.

Install it again and uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller using it's advanced option.
