Undeleted cookies

Hello, I just ran a scan to get rid of two cookie files & although the scan says they have been deleted, they have not ben. I reran the scan three times & they are still here. So, here they are:IObit Security 360

Define Version:1305

Time Elapsed:00:05:34

Objects Scanned:47824

Threats Found:2

Any suggestions on how to get rid of them? PS... I am a clueless user, so maybe I am doing something wrong. Thanks! Jeanne

Which toolbars are you using?

 

Do you also use IObit's Advanced SystemCare?

 

There is also a newer version IS360 1.40 downloadable from IObit Security 360 1.40 is available!!! thread.
