Newby cannot run Defrag Now...

Just started moments ago with this program - when I request that is starts now, it says Auto Defragging and then it goes to Pause and stays there. I did set it to everyday at 6 pm but wanted to try it now - what am I doing wrong?

Please read the thread Possible Glitch in 1.40 Smart Defrag

If it sounds like the same problem you are having then, as stated in that thread, it is best to disable Auto Defrag and just run it manually until the problem is found and fixed

How do I know what version I have?? I turned off auto and it is now defragging but when are they coming up with a solution to this problem?

We are working on this issue. Our specialist Team and Testers have tested and investigated IObit Smart Defrag, but they failed to find out the cause now. But we will still trace this problem.
