GB shuts down G15 volume controls

Anyone know what service(s) control the volume keys on a G15?

 

I don't have any of the Logitech software set to be shut down, but once GB is set to game mode, I can't use the volume keys on my keyboard.

 

Nothing in the list appears to be related, so I'm at a loss.

 

(Edit: After doing some further digging, it appears the HID Access service cannot be disabled if you want to use this feature.)

Hi guys,

 

HID Access service (Human Interface Device Access) should not be stopped if you want to control the volume.

 

Please uncheck the checkbox of it before Switching to Gaming Mode.

Even though I uncheck the HID service box and also put zeros in the .ini

It always stops the HID service.
