i see the game booster and smartdefrag have the same version and the same size i think it some kind of mistake because gamebooster is only 1.31 plz fix it thx

Wel, you are right. It is very strange. Looks like whole IObit website contradicts it selfs :lol:

 

1 = http://www.iobit.com/download.html#freesoftware; Here has GB a size of 3.83 MB.

 

2 = http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html?Str=download; Here has GB a size of 1.19 MB.

 

3 = And on my computer GB has a size of 3.27 MB.

 

Which one do I have to believe?

 

1, 2 or 3?

Hi blacksea,

 

Generally, the size given for a software download is the size of the setup file.

 

#1 is wrong in the website. Could be a typo error in preparation of the page.

#2 is correct 1.19 MB => 1227 KB. Check Game Booster 1.40 is released thread.

#3 is the size after installation/extraction of the setup file. Even it may not be same for different PCs, with different usage and different options.
