uninstall beta 3.0

i can't uninstall beta 3.0 becuse it is running....what mechanisim stops it from running ?

On the bottom right corner in the system tray right click the Smart defrag icon and click on exit. If you cant,go to the task manager by pressing ctrl +alt +del on your keyboard then click on the processes tab find the one labeled iobit smart defrag.exe and end it. Then try uninstalling it.
