need some help, please [SOLVED]

I am new to this. I have run my ASC free with success since Dec, today I encontered a problem. Under the maintain Windows, Spyware Removal it stops scannin on this file>>user@greenwomansgarden[1].txt and will not finish the scan. I tried to find that file, but it shows none. Any one have any ideas what I should do? Thanks

sounds like a left over text file, does greenwomansgarden mean anythink to you?

 

run ccleaner and seen if that cleans it up, and then rerun ASC, please report back how you get on so that we can try and further help

Hi Foreal97,

 

You can try Win Manager utility in ASC.

 

ASC=>Utilities=>Win Manager=>Cookies manager=>check "Address" checkbox (or the cookie you want to delete)=>click "Delete Item button

 

Run the Scan of ASC again to see if it stalls at the same point.
