Cannot Report Problem 4.01 beta

While defragmenting my c: drive on my primary PC (PC1) SmartDefrag stopped with an error. I elected to send the bug report and screen shot. The application created an email message but the 'To' address is missing. I tried to save a draft of the message but Outlook returned an 'unknown error'. I tried to save the attachments to a folder on my hard drive but Outlook said I couldn't do that.

 

Can anybody suggest I do? I read "How to report your trouble..." and it says to ""Kindly write back to us..." but doesn't say how to do that (no email address given).
