Scheduler Doesn't work

I have setup a weekly task via the scheduler but it doesn't appear to work. When I look at Defrag now - it shows the last time run was 3+ weeks ago. What is wrong - or what else needs to be setup? Is there a log that writes for each defrag to verify it actually has run with results? Thanks!

Wich operating system are you running and wich version of Smart defrag?

Background

 

Version is 1.45 and OS is XP Pro SP3.

Account is a domain account with admin rights on the box - and it is logged in on the box at the time the scheduled task is set to run.

Did you already a full clean herinstallation of the program?

This was a 1st time install - not an upgrade - so no residual from previous versions.
