Blocked program

One of the previous posts noted the change in behavior of SmartDefrag if the program was unblocked (in properties box) before installation. I was having exactly the same experience as others with defrag and optimize. The standard installation found no fragmented files. However, after unblocking and reinstalling dozens of fragmented files were found. I have never seen the blocked message before. Something very strange is going on. If this thing does not behave properly from this point I'm going back to the previous version.
